Booking & Payment Information:

• All party requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the requested date.
• Dates and times are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be reserved until a $50 non-refundable deposit is received. The $50 deposit is due at time of booking to reserve your party slot. A valid credit card must be on file in your online park district account.
• Rental agreement and final head count are due 7 days prior to event. If there are less than 10 guests, customer will pay the base fee listed above.
• Final balance is due 7 days prior to your party. Failure to pay full balance will result in cancellation of party.
• Any changes must occur 7 days or more prior to party.
• To book a party you will need to have an online park district account or create a new account. If you don't currently have an account, you must verify your residency by providing a valid state ID AND tax, lease, or utility bill at the time of sale to receive the resident rate. No exceptions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

If cancelled 14 days or more prior to your party, you will receive a refund of amount paid and the $50 deposit. No refunds will be honored less than 14 days prior to party.

Chaperone Policy:

Children must be supervised at all times with a specified adult/child ratio based on the age of the children (see below). The supervising adults (age 18+) must be in swimwear and must pay admission or be included as a paid guest in the party package (excludes 1 free chaperone).

Pool Supervision Ratios:

• Age 1 & Under: 1 Adult to 1 Child
• Age 1-2: 1 Adult to 3 Children
• Age 3-9: 1 Adult to 5 Children
• Age 10-14: 1 Adult to 10 Children

All party requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the requested date. Sunday, August 9, is the last day parties are offered.

Please complete the online party request form below. This form is only a request, not a guarantee. You will be contacted to confirm booking of your party within 2 business days. You will need to have an online Lisle Park District account to complete your party booking. If you don't currently have an account, you will need to create one, as well as verify your residency by providing a valid state ID AND tax, lease, or utility bill at the time of sale to receive the resident rate. No exceptions.
