GENERAL ADMISSION: Children under 3 years of age are admitted free of charge. All children under 11 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older to enter the facility. Senior rates are available for anyone age 50 years or older. All daily admission customers wishing to pay the resident rate must show proof of residency through a photo ID - No exceptions.
RAIN CHECK POLICY: A re-entry pass will be issued to person(s) who paid a daily fee when within two hours of purchase, the facility closes for the day due to inclement weather. Rain check re-entry passes will be valid until the end of the season in which the pass was issued. In order to receive a rain check re-entry pass, patron must show a valid entry receipt.
WEATHER & AMENITY CLOSURES: The pool may close without prior notice for inclement weather, air temperature or windchill below 70 degrees, attendance less than 30, mechanical issues or pool maintenance. Refunds will not be issued. In addition, certain amenities may be closed for partial usage at staff’s discretion.
Guests are welcome to arrive any time during Open Swim. A discounted admission rate is offered for those entering the facility after 6:00pm.
Tots under 6 years of age with adult are allowed early admittance to the tot pool. Those who wish to stay for Open Swim must exit the facility and pay the daily fee to re-enter (excluding season passholders).
For adults age 18 years and older who would like to get in a serious swimming workout or just a few laps in the lap pool. Free for Season Passholders.

Don't want to purchase a season pass, but plan to visit this summer? Purchase a digital punch card to Sea Lion Aquatic Park, for a special rate. If you run out of punches, you can purchase more punches or pay the daily admission.
1 punch is good for one person per visit. For Tot Swim, 1 punch = one child under 6 years of age and one adult 18+ years of age. Punch cards can be shared amongst a family or can be used for a guest. Your punches will be put on a digital card. Show your punch card to the pool admissions clerk. They will scan your card and punches from your card will be removed as you use them. All punch cards must be used during the 2026 season. Punch cards do not roll over to future seasons. Punch cards are non-refundable.
Punch cards are required for entry into the aquatic park and will be issued at time of purchase. Punch cards can not be used during 11am membership swim unless accompanied by a member. Punch cards are valid only for the specific swim type purchased and cannot be used for other swim times. Punch cards are non-transferable between swim types and cannot be exchanged. Everyone will need to have or create an online park district account in order to purchase a punch card.
All counselors get free admission! Sea Lion Aquatic Park can host a wide variety of groups with 20 or more campers, based off availability. We can accept groups between 11:30am-5:00pm. Concessions are available or you have the option for campers to bring a sack lunch. You'll have access to a large grassy area to accommodate your group and belongings, along with all open amenities.
